Experience
My experience comes from sales of homes, condominiums and land on Bainbridge Island, in Poulsbo and Kitsap County. I am very familiar with sales and marketing of new construction, pre-owned homes, condos and land. I have been licensed real estate agent in Washington for 16 years and a broker for 8 years.

Exceeding my clients’ expectations with exceptional service has always been my goal. My relentless energy and quick mind allow me to help my clients regardless of their needs. In order to maintain a high level of expertise in real estate and provide you with accurate and quality service, I dedicate many hours a year to continuing education through Windermere Education, Kitsap County Board of Realtors, Washington Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Background
During the mid 1970s and 1980s after studying Interior Design in Dallas, Texas I became a pioneer and launched my career in real estate by becoming the first builder in over 40 years to build new homes in Historic Old East Dallas. The timing was perfect – people were tired of the long commute to the suburbs and the high cost of fuel [Ha!] and my new homes built on in-fill lots sold very quickly. For three years beginning in 2000 I managed two luxury mixed-use waterfront commercial buildings on Bainbridge, compiling the annual budget, tracking expenses and managing leases and tenant improvements during a difficult time in commercial leasing. I also managed the owners association.
Having Been in the Trenches
During the early 1980s when the prime interest rate went to 22% I owed approximately $2 million in construction loans at prime +1. It was a hard time to navigate through – however I made it and the experience has given me a great deal of compassion and appreciation for those who choose to build today. I frequently silently giggle when people talk about the high interest rates we are seeing today.
